Addison Road is located in the Charlotteville are of Guildford town centre and is hugely convenient for all amenities. Guildford mainline rail station is 1.6 miles away with fast trains into London Waterloo, Guildford High Street is less than 0.5 miles and provides extensive shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The property is also close to two of the most sought after infant schools in the area, Pewley Down Infants and Holy Trinity Schools. Pewley Downs for walking on the countryside is a short walk away and from there you are not really limited as to how far you can go as the North Downs are also accessible.
